How can I benefit from Home Staging?

How can you stage a home if the sellers are living in it?

Victoria Staging & ReDesign will work with the seller's existing furnishings to redesign rooms for optimum appeal.  We pay close attention to the proper balance, function, and scale in each room.  Proper furniture placement and the use of home accessories will draw the buyer's eye towards the positive features in the home.  We will assist you in looking at your home through a buyer's eye.  We also provide you with after photo’s for your reference to quickly put the house together before a showing.

Why can't I just stage my own home?

Home sellers are usually incapable of successfully staging their own home.  Why?  Because our homes are like our children, we don't always see them as others do.  We've gotten used to the way it looks and in fact it is difficult emotionally to change it.  If you can't view something objectively then you are unable to market and package it effectively.   We look at the home as a whole and not just room by room.  Most sellers don't "stage" homes everyday, we do.
