Victoria Staging & ReDesign offers several pre-designed and customized services.  Based on your need and budget, we will design a package specifically for you. Whether your home has been on the market for months or you’re just beginning to prepare your home for sale, home staging is necessary to quickly achieve the results you want. We focus on affordability to achieve an appealing home and to promote maximum profit.

All of our services begin with an initial consultation and walk-through. After assessing each room, we’ll discuss your needs, budget, and expectations. Together, we will select a package that works within your budget and time frame.

Our Home Staging creates gorgeous, livable spaces that buyers fall in love with, so the home sells fast and for the best possible price! We use our knowledge and expertise to stage and design "Distinctive Interiors That Impact" to transform your house from "For Sale" to a desirable home "Sold."

Our ReDesign service starts with an understanding of our clients, their home and their day-to-day needs to create an organized, stylish, reflective space and helps them to “Love Where They Live”.

Occupied Home Staging Servcies

$250 - Walk and Talk Consultation and Detailed Staging Report


In this intensive 2 hour consultation we will review your home, access your belongings and discuss in a detailed Staging Report everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

  • We start with taking some working photos of the house and determine the Top 5 Things to Do 
  • We walk through the house and discuss optimal, staging strategies that will have big emotional impact on your buyers, and determine any high impact big Return on Investment items 
  • The written detailed report will be delivered within 24 hours along with my "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$450 - Power Staging and Mini - Makeover


This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in up to date staging accessories if needed in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

$995 - Ultimate Power Staging and One/Two Day Home Makeover


We work together to transform every space, with special attention to the main living areas of the house.  We will highlight the positive architectural features, rearrange furnishings, consider your color choices, use what you have (or purchase) in the form of gorgeous accessories and create a sense of space and environment that buyers will love.  Do you have a larger home over 2,500 SF that could use more than a few hours of work?  No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in up to date staging accessories if needed, in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work with you up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

Vacant Home Services

Vacant Home Staging 


Vacant homes are especially in need of staging because they tend to take longer to sell and get the lowest price. Call us for a price estimate that gives you options and works within your budget while making your home BEAUTIFUL!

  • We will start with a home assessment which will determine the needs and luxury level of the house.  
  • We provide a written proposal that will clearly outline the services that will be provided.  
  • Our goal is to achieve that model home look we all love and buyers will "fall in love" with

(A $100 initial home assessment fee is credited back to your total vacant service when you choose us)




Shopping Services


At Victoria Staging & ReDesign we are SKILLED SHOPPERS!!   We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  We know WHERE and WHAT to shop for, and get a "to the trade" discount at many places so we are able to get the most out of your money!

ReDesign and Design Services


Our Design Services start with a consultation where we have you complete our Lifestyle Questionnaire, then we will be able to assess your wishes, style and home.  A detailed proposal and floor plan will be prepared that will fit your budget, style, family and home.

A ReDesign Project is where we work to find the prefect pieces for your new space … from furniture to window treatments to flooring and decor.  Then we bring it all together for a fabulous reveal!

We are professionally trained in the world of Color.  We can help with a project as simple as work color to choose for a room, to choosing the entire color pallet for your home.   We know how to pick the right color the first time, which save you money and keeps you from making a color mistake.
